Standard shipping time is up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has shipped, including a tracking number (if available).

Delays & Exceptions

 

Taxco by Design is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs inspections

• Weather conditions or natural events

• Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery time is outside our control.

We currently ship to select international destinations. Availability will be displayed at checkout.

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Please allow time for claims to be processed.
